Pay the Entry Fee Securely
Pay via UPI, card, or netbanking through Razorpay — India's most trusted payment gateway. Entry fees start from ₹50. Your money is only processed after you confirm the contest details.

Get Your Room Code on WhatsApp
15 minutes before the match start time, you receive a WhatsApp message with the custom Room ID and Password. Open your game, join the custom room, and compete. No extra app, no extra steps.

Play, Score Points & Win
Every kill, goal, and placement earns you points based on the scoring config shown on the contest page. Results are announced within 2 hours of match end. Winners collect real cash in their UPI within 24 hours.

Placement Points
The better you finish in the lobby, the more placement points you earn. 1st place earns the most. The exact points table is always shown on the contest page before you enter.
Kill / Score Bonus
In shooting games, each kill earns you extra points. In sports games, each goal adds to your total. This bonus can be toggled on or off per contest — always shown clearly.
Top Finish Bonus
Some contests award extra bonus points for finishing in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place — rewarding elite performance. The bonus amount is displayed on the contest page.
Tiebreaker Rules
If two players have equal points, the one with more kills wins. Second tiebreaker: better placement. All rules are displayed on every contest page before you join.

Is playing on Cuevo legal in India?

Yes. Cuevo is a skill-based gaming platform, not a gambling platform. Under Indian jurisprudence, games of skill are legally distinct from games of chance. The Supreme Court of India has upheld this principle multiple times. However, Cuevo is not available in Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Nagaland due to local state regulations.
Which states are restricted from entering cash contests?

Cuevo cash contests are not available to residents of Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Nagaland. Players from these states cannot register for paid contests. This is due to local state laws — not a reflection on Cuevo's legality nationally.
How do I join the match room inside the game?

15 minutes before the scheduled match time, you will receive a WhatsApp message with the Room ID and Room Password. Open your game, go to the Custom Room or Lobby section, and enter those credentials to join. If you don't receive the message, check your contest dashboard on the Cuevo website — the code is also displayed there once revealed.
How are the match points calculated?

Every contest has its own scoring configuration displayed on the contest detail page. Typically: Total Points = Placement Points + Kill/Goal Bonus + Top Finish Bonus (if enabled). Placement points are based on your final position in the lobby. Kill points are earned per kill in shooting games, or per goal in sports games. Top finish bonuses reward 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers with extra points. All this is shown before you pay.
When do I get my prize payout?

Results are finalised and announced within 2 hours of the match ending. Prize payouts are processed within 24 hours of results being published. The money goes directly to your registered UPI ID. You will receive a WhatsApp notification when the transfer is initiated and when it is completed.
Is there a minimum age to register?

Yes. You must be 18 years or older to register and participate in cash contests on Cuevo. Your date of birth is collected at registration. Players who win above ₹10,000 are required to complete KYC verification (PAN card) before withdrawing winnings.
What happens if a match is cancelled or the server fails?

If a match is cancelled by Cuevo for any reason — including technical failures, insufficient players, or server issues — all entry fees are fully refunded to your Cuevo wallet within 2 hours. From there you can withdraw to UPI or use the balance for another contest.
Can I play with an emulator or on tablet?

Emulator usage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from the platform. Tablet play is allowed as long as it is through the official game app. Cuevo takes fair play very seriously — any form of manipulation or cheating results in forfeiture of entry fee and prizes.

Legality of Cash-Reward Games
Under Indian jurisprudence, skill-based games with financial outcomes do not constitute gambling or lottery. Competitive gaming on Cuevo requires strategic planning, precise reflex, and mechanical weapon control. Cash entries from Assam, Odisha, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Nagaland are disabled.
