Cuevo is an online platform that hosts skill-based creative competitions where participants submit original work and compete for prizes.
Competitions may include, but are not limited to: Video Editing, Graphic Design, Photography, UI/UX Design, Programming, AI, Music Production, Writing, and other creative or professional skills. All competitions on Cuevo are based on skill and merit, not luck or chance.
To participate on Cuevo, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Providing false information may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, ensuring your profile information remains accurate, and all activity that occurs through your account.
You agree not to share your account, sell your account, transfer ownership of your account, or create multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage. If unauthorized access is suspected, notify Cuevo immediately.
To participate in a paid competition, registration must be completed before the stated deadline, and entry fees must be paid during registration. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. Entry fees are displayed before payment. Registration cannot be transferred to another participant.
Some competitions may have limited participant slots. Cuevo reserves the right to close registrations once the limit is reached.
Each competition will include its theme, submission deadline, judging criteria, prize pool, accepted file formats, and submission instructions. Participants are responsible for reviewing the rules before entering. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
All submitted work must be your original creation, must not infringe copyright or trademarks, must not contain stolen or plagiarised content, and must comply with competition guidelines. Cuevo may request source files or additional proof of ownership if originality is questioned.
Plagiarism or copyright infringement may result in immediate disqualification, prize forfeiture, permanent account suspension, and future competition bans.
All competitions are evaluated by human judges. Judges assess submissions using the published evaluation criteria for each competition. Judge decisions are considered final. However, Cuevo reserves the right to review or modify results if fraud is discovered, plagiarism is confirmed, a technical error affected the results, or competition rules were violated.
Entry fees are charged at the time of registration. The applicable fee will always be displayed before payment. Entry fees are generally non-refundable except as provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Taxes or payment gateway charges, where applicable, may apply.
Prize money will only be released after completion of judging, winner verification, identity verification (where requested), and compliance with all competition rules. Approved prize payouts are processed within 3 business days after verification. Cuevo may delay payouts if fraud is suspected, incorrect bank details are provided, identity verification fails, or additional information is required.
Refund requests will only be considered in the situations described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Users must not: submit copied or stolen work, harass judges or participants, attempt to manipulate competition results, upload malicious software, use bots or automation to gain an unfair advantage, impersonate another individual, abuse the platform or its users, or submit illegal, offensive, or harmful content. Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination.
Participants retain ownership of their submitted work. By submitting an entry, you grant Cuevo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display your submission on the platform, feature your work in winner announcements, promote competitions on social media and marketing materials, and showcase your work as part of Cuevo's portfolio. Ownership of the work remains with the creator.
Cuevo reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, commits fraud, uses multiple accounts unfairly, engages in payment fraud, harasses judges or other users, manipulates competition outcomes, or submits plagiarised work. Suspended users may lose access to competitions, pending prizes, and platform services.
Cuevo is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device incompatibility, submission failures caused by participant-side technical issues, delays caused by banks or payment providers, or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by participants.
To the extent permitted by law, Cuevo's liability is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the affected competition.
Cuevo may add or remove competitions, modify features, update rules, improve platform functionality, or suspend services for maintenance. Reasonable efforts will be made to notify users of significant changes.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the Cuevo website. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Cuevo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Participating in paid creative challenges involves spending real money on entry fees. While Cuevo is a skill-based platform where outcomes are determined by the quality of your work, participation carries the following financial considerations:
Cuevo is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. We enforce this through KYC verification (PAN / Aadhaar) which is required before any withdrawal, validating the participant's age and identity. Cuevo reserves the right to request age-verification documents from any account at any time.
We provide tools to help you maintain healthy participation habits, including spending limits, cooling-off periods (temporary pause for 7, 14, or 30 days), and account closure options. To request any of these tools, email support@cuevo.club.
Warning signs of unhealthy spending include: spending more on entry fees than planned, entering multiple challenges simultaneously to recover past entry fees, feeling anxious or stressed about challenge outcomes, or using credit or borrowed money specifically to fund entries.
Cuevo is committed to complete transparency. We display the full prize pool breakdown, entry fee, and scoring rubric of every challenge before you pay. We never send promotional messages to users who have requested a cooling-off period or account closure.
All entry fees paid on Cuevo are non-refundable unless specifically permitted under this policy. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval.
A refund may be approved only in the following situations:
Refunds will not be issued if: you change your mind after registering, you forget to submit your work, you miss the submission deadline, your internet connection fails, your computer/phone/software crashes, your file is corrupted before upload, you submit an incorrect file, you are disqualified for violating competition rules, you are unhappy with the judging results, your submission does not win a prize, or your account is suspended due to a violation of Cuevo's policies.
To request a refund, participants must provide: registered name, registered email address, competition name, Payment ID / Transaction ID, reason for the refund request, and supporting documents or screenshots (if applicable). Incomplete requests may be rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Once processed, the amount will be credited to the original payment method. Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.
Any payment gateway charges, convenience fees, taxes, or government charges that are non-refundable to Cuevo may be deducted from the refunded amount where permitted by law.
Cuevo reserves the right to reject refund requests that are false or misleading, based on forged evidence, or intended to abuse the refund process. Users making fraudulent refund claims may have their accounts suspended or permanently banned.
Cuevo may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the platform and will apply to future registrations.
For refund-related queries, participants may contact Cuevo through the official support channels available on the platform or by emailing support@cuevo.club.
